1 High Efficiency Extrusion System

· Adopt parallel counter-rotating twin-screw extruder to enhance the plasticizing effect of materials. The special screw design structure ensures that the PVC powder is fully plasticized and mixed, and the extrusion is stable and efficient.

· The barrel is heated by cast aluminum, and the air-cooled temperature control device can accurately control the temperature, making the pipe molding quality more guaranteed. The twin-screw feeding system realizes automatic feeding and accurately controls the feeding amount. The twin-screw feeding system also has a certain self-cleaning function, which effectively reduces the cleaning frequency and maintenance cost of the equipment.


2 Intelligent Electronic Control System

· The extrusion line not only has the function of energy consumption monitoring, but also can flexibly set various levels of alarms and protection programs; the main power cabinet is equipped with a lighting system, the host and feeding system can be intelligently controlled synchronously, and there is also a considerate one-button heating/off function, making the operation both intelligent and worry-free


3 High-end Quality Mold

· The equipment pursues the ultimate in material selection and craftsmanship. The key parts are made of high-quality alloy steel and are treated with chrome coating. The mold body adopts secondary compression to ensure that the material is evenly dispersed and fine, and does not stick to the flow channel; the standard mold trolley design makes mold replacement easy and convenient.

· The Calibration unit is made of stainless steel, which not only has low friction and high lubricity, but also can achieve uniform and sufficient cooling, and has strong pressure adaptability. It can flexibly adapt to a variety of pipe specifications from 20 to 225, and can easily meet different production needs.


4  High Quality pipe vacuum tank

· 9~10.5 meters-long vacuum tank, with partition seal inside the box, has the advantages of fast product shaping and less startup waste. The SUS304 stainless steel box is not only beautiful in appearance and durable in structure, but also has multiple sets of double-row spray cooling, which can achieve better product cooling rate.

· The vacuum pump adopts frequency conversion control technology, which has significant energy-saving effect, saving electricity and worry; the calibration unit of the vacuum tank is equipped with a lighting device, so that the discharge of the pipe can be clearly observed even at night, making the production details clear at a glance.


5 Intelligent Cutting & Stacking

· The Multiple caterpillar type haul off unit adopts a high-friction rubber block design, which has strong grip and more stable operation; it is equipped with a servo drive control system, which can not only improve stability but also improve production efficiency. It is also equipped with a high-quality brand encoder length measuring device, and the degree of automation is significantly upgraded.

· The dustfree ring cutter has smooth and burr-free incisions, can automatically chamfer, and has flexible and adjustable angles, making it easy to cut out ideal pipes.

· The stacker is equipped with stainless steel hosting device and a pneumatic turning device, which makes stacking efficient and convenient.
