The process of PE pipe production line:
First, the PE plastic particle is loaded into the loading door of the single screw extruder.
Second, the material becomes the fusion conformation after going through the screw cylinder, being heated up, mixed round and plasticizing.
Third, the fusion material goes through the calibration sleeve, vacuum calibration tank and spray tank, and then become the pipes products.
Fourth, the pipe is pulled by the traction unit and sent into the cutter where the pipe is being cut according to the preset length, at the meantime, the cutting dust is removed by the dust-remover.
Fifth, the fixed-length pipe is being sent to the storage table, which has the auto-unloading function.
