SG-5 PVC resin is used for the forming of PVC pipe, and stabilizer, lubricant, filler, pigment, etc. are added. These raw materials are kneaded according to the formula after appropriate treatment. If single screw extruder is used for pipe extrusion, the kneaded powder should also be made into particles and then extruded for forming; If the twin-screw extruder is used, it can be directly formed with powder. In addition, in production, it can be different from the process shown above, that is, the powder is directly extruded from the pipe without granulation, but two points should be paid attention to:
First, it is better to use twin-screw extruder for direct extrusion of powder. Because there is less one mixing shear plasticization process compared with granular material, the use of twin-screw extruder can strengthen shear plasticization and achieve the expected effect;
Second, because the granular material is denser than the powder material, and the heat and heat conduction are poor, the processing temperature of the powder material can be about 10 ℃ lower than that of the corresponding granular material.
