The three-layer co-extrusion PPR pipe production line is a new product developed by our company by introducing and absorbing advanced technology. Its screw, head and other key components are specially designed according to the characteristics of PPR. Through the three-layer coextrusion technology, the product adopts the specially designed spiral three-layer coextrusion die to ensure the uniform thickness of the three layers, and the thickness of each layer can be adjusted arbitrarily. The spiral split die can be equipped with static mixing system, and the material layers are fully superimposed with each other. Compared with the traditional support die, the internal pressure is more uniform. For PPR pipes in the form of ABA, the glass fibers in the middle reinforcing layer are arranged regularly and organically integrated with the inner and outer PPR layers, which significantly overcomes the suspension phenomenon of pure PPR pipes during open installation and reduces the linear expansion coefficient of pipes. Compared with pure PPR pipes of the same specification and pressure grade, it saves materials, reduces costs and is more competitive. The production line is equipped with automatic vacuum feeder and automatic constant temperature dryer; the designed vacuum sizing and cooling system is made of stainless steel plate of water tank and adopts multi-stage water model cooling to ensure the requirements of high-speed production of thick wall pipe and large-diameter pipe. High torque reducer, frequency converter, programmable controller, touch screen, electric control system, etc. are imported products. The new chip free automatic cutting saw has smooth cutting section, high precision and low noise. One machine with multiple functions can produce HDPE silicon core pipe and ordinary PPR, PE and PEX pipes. Provide process formula and turnkey project.
