Here we’d like to introduce our PE/PPR dual-pipe extrusion line for your reference.

A new type of PE/PPR dual-pipe extrusion line (model: PE 32-2; PPR 32-2) has been successfully developed by Ningbo Fangli Technology Co., Ltd. based on years’ R&D as well as production experience accumulated. The line is suitable for the production of PE/PPR pipe diameter range from 12mm to 32mm and its stable production speed is up to 60m/min ( for PE pipe production) and 45m/min (for PPR pipe production). It output and or multi-layer co-extrusion for small size of PE/PPR pipes.

Advantages:

· The production speed of each pipe can be controlled and adjusted separately by adopting two sets of control loops independently and the dual-pipe production is as easy as single pipe operation.

· It meets the requirement to produce pipes with two different specifications simultaneously.

· The dual-pipe with dual-layer or multi-layer can be also coextruded.

· Simple operation, low failure rate, high productivity and labor cost saving.

· Less floor space required and high energy efficiency.
