Here we’d like to introduce a new product to you, JQDB32U Coiler and Packaging Machine, which has been used by American customers and feedback that the equipment is very good, and they were going to place a new order for it.

JQDB32U Coiler and Packaging Machine is mainly used to Plastic-Aluminum composite pipes, Cable protecting pipes, Small soft pipes which can be used with the extruder, haul off unit to form a whole production line. Generally it is installed after traction of pipe, directly coil and pack to avoid disorder without coiling.

The machine is new product which adopts German advanced technology, with the automatic packaging function. The machine can utilize the electromagnetic clutch to make the two plates work alternately under the motor working state, which remedies the time difference of stuff unloading and guarantees the continuous running of the whole line. At the same time, the light pole liner can line pipes evenly. And more features of tidy coiling and compact structure and high automatic, pretty outline and easy operation make it become a realized machine in plastic machinery trade in domestic and abroad, especially for plastic pipes manufacturers. 

The machine according to CE standard, defending grade of the electrical control box is IP54.
