Haul-off and Cutting Machine for PE Pipe Extrusion Line

The PE extrusion production line overcomes the friction generated by the pipe passing through the sizing sleeve and the sealing gasket of each cooling water tank through forced traction. The stability of traction speed determines the wall thickness uniformity of the pipe. PE pipe haul-off adopts caterpiller haul-off.

According to different specifications, double caterpillars, three caterpillars and multi caterpillar haul-off are adopted. The haul-off speed is stepless, and the synchronous speed regulation is realized with the host through the PLC program. At the same time, it has an automatic thickening device to make the wall thickness of the two end faces of each pipe slightly thicker than the middle wall thickness, so as to ensure the strength requirements of the connection of the pipe.

The cutter generally adopts automatic fixed length cutting, the small diameter less than 50mm adopts chip free cutting machine, and the large diameter adopts planetary cutting machine to ensure the flatness of the end face of the pipe.
