Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) Extrusion Line, which is specially used for the production of reinforced thermoplastic non-metallic wire reinforced flexible composite pipe, which introduced the latest technology in the United States. The high-end G-type adopts EU standards, and the high-end U-type in North America adopts North American standards. The whole series is configured according to FRAEWE FANGLI brand. 


Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) Extrusion Line consists of three parts. The first part is the inner plastic pipe extrusion equipment unit; The second part is the intermediate layer non-metallic wire reinforced winding equipment unit; The third part is the outer HDPE coating extrusion equipment unit. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high speed, high automation and energy saving. It is an ideal equipment for producing RTP composite pipe.


Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) is a new type of pipe that combines the advantages of good flexibility, corrosion resistance and coiling of thermoplastic with the advantages of high strength of non-metallic wire reinforced materials. Most of them adopt a three-layer structure, which is composed of inner lining layer + middle non-metallic belt reinforcement layer + outer covering protective layer. It has been successfully applied to the transportation of oil, natural gas and other media (such as oil collection, natural gas collection, water injection in oil and gas wells and oil and gas transportation). It has the outstanding advantages of corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance (the maximum pressure can reach 25MPa), temperature resistance and thermal insulation, strong transportation capacity, good flexibility, coiling, few joints, good sanitary performance, long service life and high cost performance, In these fields, it has obvious advantages over pure steel pipe and plastic pipe (steel pipe is easy to corrode, and plastic pipe has insufficient strength and pressure bearing capacity).
