Today, an overseas customer visited our factory for on-site acceptance of the PPR160 three-layer composite pipe production line, the PPR63 single-layer pipe extrusion production line, and the PPR63 three-layer composite pipe extrusion production line. The customer carefully inspected the equipment configuration, production process, and operational performance of the PPR160 three-layer composite pipe extrusion line. The on-site acceptance covered key stages including extrusion, calibration, cooling, haul-off, printing, cutting, and downstream handling.

The acceptance visit also included the tilting, weighing and storage table, bagging machine, and labeling machine, demonstrating the complete and automated downstream solution of the production line.
