Single Screw Extruder
The single screw extruder adopts the design-optimized barrier screw and its matched slotting barrel, as well as the spiral groove feeding section with temperature control system, which ensures the high-efficient and stable extrusion of multiple polyolefin raw materials. The extrusion linearity is excellent and the output fluctuation is small.

1.Product introduction
FLSP single screw extruder introduces the newest technology from Germany, with the whole series configured with GRAEWE FANGLI brand, which is a kind of single screw extruder with high output applied to HDPE large diameter (1000～2500mm) pipes, being an ideal equipment for extruding HDPE large diameter pipes. The details are as followed:
-The screw is treated by nitriding, and super long diameter ratio structure ensures super plasticizing ability.
-The cylinder adopts nitriding treatment, with forced feeding section of spiral groove and air cooling system of annular groove
-The gearbox adopts the special hard tooth surface gearbox of Taiwan Sanlong ultra-high torque single screw extruder
-Power consumption display monitors the real-time energy consumption
-SIEMENS12〞LCD microcomputer control system
-ABB frequency converter
-Equipped with melt pressure and melt temperature measuring devices
