Ningbo Fangli Technology Co., Ltd. is a mechanical equipment manufacturer with over 30 years’ experiences of plastic pipe extrusion equipment, new environmental protection and new materials equipment. Since its establishment Fangli has been developed based on user’s demands. Through continuous improvement, independent R&D on the core technology and digestion & absorption of advanced technology and other means, we have developed PVC pipe extrusion line, PP-R pipe extrusion line, PE water supply / gas pipe extrusion line, which was recommended by the Chinese Ministry of Construction to replace imported products. We have gained the title of “First-class Brand in Zhejiang Province”.

There are several types of plastic extruders used in various industries. Here are a few common types:

1. Single-Screw Extruder: This is the most basic and widely used type of extruder. It consists of a rotating screw within a heated barrel, which melts and conveys the plastic material through a die to form a continuous shape.

2. Twin-Screw Extruder: Twin-screw extruders have two intermeshing screws that rotate within a barrel. They are capable of processing a wide range of materials and offer better mixing and compounding capabilities.

3. Co-Extruder: Co-extruders have multiple extrusion heads that allow the simultaneous extrusion of different materials or layers. They are used for producing products with multiple layers, such as plastic films with different properties.

4. Hot Melt Extruder: Hot melt extruders are specifically designed to process hot melt adhesives, waxes, or other materials that melt at a low temperature. They provide controlled melting and precise application of the material.

5. Sheet Extruder: Sheet extruders are used to produce plastic sheets or films of various thicknesses. They typically have a flat die and a cooling system to solidify the molten plastic into a sheet form.

6. Blown Film Extruder: Blown film extruders are used to produce plastic films by inflating a tubular extrudate. They are commonly used for packaging applications, such as plastic bags and wraps.

These are just a few examples of plastic extruders, and there are other specialized types used for specific applications. The choice of extruder depends on the desired end product and the properties of the plastic material being processed.
