Ningbo Fangli Technology Co., Ltd. is a mechanical equipment manufacturer with nearly 30 years’ experiences of plastic pipe extrusion equipment, new environmental protection and new materials equipment. Since its establishment Fangli has been developed based on user’s demands. Through continuous improvement, independent R&D on the core technology and digestion & absorption of advanced technology and other means, we have developed PVC pipe extrusion line, PP-R pipe extrusion line, PE water supply / gas pipe extrusion line, which was recommended by the Chinese Ministry of Construction to replace imported products. We have gained the title of “First-class Brand in Zhejiang Province”.
In the process of extruding pipe, the pipe diameter and wall thickness can generally be adjusted by changing the traction speed. Therefore, in production, the traction of pipe is required to be uniform and stable, and the traction speed adjustment is convenient and sensitive, so as to ensure the uniformity of pipe diameter and wall thickness. So, appropriate traction device must be selected when extruding pipe. At present, there are roller, crawler, belt and other forms of pipe traction devices.
Today, we briefly introduce Fangli’s types of pipe haul-off for you reference:
I. Belt Haul-off
It is generally composed of upper and lower belts, which are mostly used for the traction of small-size pipes below 160. According to the required traction force of pipes, different belt widths and contact lengths are designed. There are mainly two ways in structure. One is that the upper and lower belts are equipped with power, and the upper and lower synchronization is controlled through the speed regulating device; The other is that the lower belt is the driving belt (with power), the upper belt is the driven belt (without power), and the upper belt is synchronized with the lower belt by friction.
II. Caterpillar Haul-off
The structure of the upper and lower caterpillar haul-off is basically the same as that of the belt haul-off, except that the belt is replaced with a caterpillar composed of rubber blocks, which is generally used for the traction of small-size pipes below 160.
